The Pristine Pools Tylö range of quality saunas and steam rooms, offer a variety of options - dry saunas, wet saunas, steam saunas and herbal saunas. Wet saunas are best enjoyed at temperatures of 75 - 90°C in a relative humidity of 20 - 35%. A dry sauna, where water is not sprinkled on the stones, humidity is only 5 - 10%, and the temperature can be increased above 90°C. Steam and herbal saunas are a much gentler form of sauna bathing, creating a milder climate at temperatures of 45 - 65°C, with constant steam ensuring 40 - 65% humidity.
Whichever sauna you choose, hot and dry or warm and steamy, round off with an invigorating shower, rest for 20 - 30 minutes for maximum benefit and emerge feeling like a new person.
A wide choice of sauna models and shapes are available, including Infra-red, twin-sauna steam and Tylö VIP to choose from. There is the option on most models to select a host of customised extras. Alternatively your sauna can be designed exactly to your unique specification.
